A Customized Nutrition Plan Utilizing Macro Counting

The Refine YOU Macro Plan provides custom macro settings to help you reach your health and fitness goals with one adjustment. This plan is not a guided plan. It can be purchased at any time since it is meant to be done on your own. You will get customized macro settings (carbs, fat, protein) to meet every day. This does not contain meal plans, the goal is to learn how to eat the foods you enjoy into your macro plan. This includes one adjustment when needed.

How it works:

  • After your $99 payment you will receive an email with a detailed guide to help you through the process of getting your plan

  • You will fill out a client assessment to give me an idea of what you have tried before, your workouts, your health, etc. so I may customize this plan for you.

  • You will receive a guide with information about Macros, how to track your foods, tips, cheat sheets, and how to track your progress.

  • After your assessment is reviewed you will receive your custom macro plan. This will give you a calorie goal, as well as macro goals to meet each day (grams of carbs, protein, and fat). This varies per individual and depends on your goals and activity level.

  • You will track all the food you eat and your goal will be to get close to the goals set for you.

  • If at any point, when tracking your progress, you are in need of an adjustment in your plan, you may contact me directly for one adjustment within 6 months.

This is a different offering than the Refine YOU Program. This is a plan to follow on your own once you get your settings. The Refine YOU Program is a 7 week guided program that provides you a custom nutrition plan WITH workouts with daily support and accountability. The Refine YOU Program runs in a group setting (with individual support) and gives you the exclusive access to the Refine YOU Client Website which provides countless tools, videos, tutorials, tasks, and a recipe library with hundreds of recipes. ***After your purchase you will be directed to a site to download your guide. This information will also be emailed to the email address you used to pay for the plan.

***By purchasing The Refine YOU Macro Plan, you (the Client) hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless, the Service Provider (Kim Goletz and Refine You LLC) from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceeding, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from the agreement between the below mentioned parties. The Client expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. The client has carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification clause and understand the contents thereof. The client acknowledges and is made fully aware that Kim Goletz is not a medical doctor and that the Service Provider is only providing recommendations to The Client in question. the Client acknowledges before beginning, implementing, or using any and all of recommendations provided, that The Client should consult a medical doctor.

I shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information passed on to me during my time as a Client of Refine You LLC and Kim Goletz in strictest confidence, understanding it is for my sole and exclusive benefit. I shall carefully restrict access Confidential Information (including all electronic communication, such as my individual coaching program and workouts) to third parties as is reasonably required. I shall not, without prior written approval of Refine You LLC and Kim Goletz publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Refine You LLC and Kim Goletz, any confidential information.
