Almond Powder, the uses are endless! Tortillas, pizza crust, cookies, muffins, and breads… you can’t go wrong by substituting almond powder to bake with. Getting away from the refined flour will benefit you in more ways than you realize!
Almonds are beneficial for your cholesterol and cardiovascular health. They also help stabilize your hunger and insulin levels. 90% of the fat in almonds is unsaturated (the good kind), they are gluten free, nourishing for your skin, and a rich source of calcium, magnesium, vitamin E and B, and fiber.
