Low Carb "Potato" Salad
If you are trying to cut the carbs but have a craving for potato salad, check out this recipe I found!
It is made with cauliflower instead of potatoes. Make sure you chop the cauliflower small and cook until it is tender. I use a “paleo” type mayo like the ones from Primal Kitchen foods.
For those in my online FAT Loss program, this is a great low carb day recipe.
