This is probably one of my favorite water bottles because of all the options. They come in 9oz, 16oz, 25oz, and 60oz bottles. They hold up better than any water bottle I have had (I’ve dropped them too many times to count) and keep warm beverages warm, and cold beverages cold. I recommend the straw cap accessory and a good bottle brush.

Apple AirPods
These are THE BEST Bluetooth headphones I have tried. At first, I was skeptical that these would be comfortable and actually stay in my ears… but these are a game changer! They stay in with all activities (running, burpees, jumping, etc.) and have never fallen out. The audio quality is amazing! Someone calls during your workout? No problem, just double tap the earpiece and pick up your call. I use these every single day!

BOWFLEX DUMBBELL SET
For those who want to get a strength workout at home this is the way to go! The Bowflex Dumbbells allow you to have only one set of dumbbells and adjust the weight all the way up to 50+ lbs depending on the model you get. You can do upper body and have enough weight for lower body without a whole rack of weights that takes up half a room. I personally love these for my home strength workouts when I can’t make it to the gym.
