Sheet pan meals can be put together in minutes and then put into the oven. They require few ingredients and most ingredients are easily accessible. These will become family favorites because they are delicious, healthy, and so easy to make. Most of these recipes are lower carb recipes. You can add in carbs pretty easily by simply preparing some rice on the stove top or adding in your favorite carbohydrate like diced sweet potatoes onto the pan.
Another tip, you can pre-make freezer bags with these ingredients. You can pre-cut the veggies and meats (you can even add the seasonings) then store them in the freezer. The day before, just put the bag in the fridge to thaw and you are ready to cook after pre-heating the oven!
