My Workout Routine
As the founder of Refine YOU, I get a lot of questions about my personal workout routine. I created Refine YOU for myself a few years ago to reach my fitness and nutrition goals and I am still using the Refine YOU program. There are four different categories of workouts, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and men’s. I use the advanced version of the Refine YOU workouts. I practice what I preach and I do the same workouts that many of my clients do.
Along with The Refine YOU workouts I also enjoy using my Peloton bike and the Peloton digital app. If you follow my blog posts or social media you know that I love the app and peloton products. I used a rusty spin bike with the Peloton app for years until I bought my own Peloton bike. I recently completed my 500th ride with Peloton and I would recommend it to anyone.
I am from the Indianapolis area so occasionally I attend workout classes. Some of my favorites are Solid Core or Shred 145. These are great workouts that keep things fun, but challenging. I try to implement all of these into my workout routine to myself motivated. During quarantine, this has been more of a struggle with all of the local gyms and fitness classes closed, now I workout only from home. I have gotten into a little routine, working out from home every day with lighter recovery days worked in. This has been one of the only things keeping me sane during these unprecedented times.

I work with every single one of my clients to offer the best possible results for them. This includes a personalized nutrition and fitness plan. I have found on my own health journey that approaches that works for me won’t necessarily work for someone else the same exact way. So, I try to ease my clients into changes making it an easier transition to a healthier YOU.
