8 Exercises for a Upper Body Home Workout
I love to be able to share the workouts that I do. I get a lot of questions about what I do to build muscle in my arm and get that "toned" look.
Here are 8 exercises to do for a full upper body workout that you can do completely at home or at the gym with just a couple sets of dumbbells with a video included!
Do 2-3 sets of each exercise.

4. One Arm Plank x15
